West Northamptonshire Social Care Data in the Northamptonshire Care Record ‘Empowers Professionals’

Adult Social Care data from West Northamptonshire Council is now being shared through the Northamptonshire Care Record (NCR). Where available, this includes:
- Information about the individual
- Referral details
- Care Plans
This information will be visible to professionals involved in someone’s care, ensuring a more joined-up and efficient experience. This update reflects continued efforts to improve how health and care services work together across Northamptonshire.
Emma Skey, Assistant Director for Health, Prevention and Wellbeing for West Northamptonshire Council said:

By sharing West Northamptonshire Adult Social Care data through the Northamptonshire Care Record, we’re empowering professionals to make better-informed decisions, reduce duplication, and ultimately improve outcomes for our residents.
