Northamptonshire Integrated Care System is a partnership which sees different organisations work closely together to provide care wrapped around individuals, particularly for our county’s most vulnerable people.
Among those we work in partnership with are the county’s social care services, which are delivered by North Northamptonshire Council and West Northamptonshire Council.
