Lung Cancer Screening

Lung cancer screening is being rolled out across England to help find lung cancer at an earlier stage, often before symptoms develop. Early diagnosis can make treatment more effective and improve outcomes.

If you're aged 55 to 74 and are a current or former smoker, you may be eligible for a lung health check. Depending on your assessment, you may be offered a CT scan to look for early signs of lung cancer.
