Information for clients or their families who are currently receiving care and treatment at Broomhill Hospital

On Wednesday 28th February, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) published a report following an inspection of Broomhill Hospital that took place in July last year.

Since the inspection we have worked closely with St Matthews Ltd (the provider) and relevant partners, including the CQC, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of people receiving care and treatment at Broomhill Hospital, while supporting St Matthews Ltd with their improvement initiatives. We continue to work with and support the hospital during this time.

We understand clients and their families may be concerned by the report findings and have concerns or questions. Clients or family members who have questions or concerns should contact our Patient Experience team via email northantsicb.patientexperience@nhs.net or on 01604 476777.
