Additional access to urgent NHS dental care services in Duston | Latest updates

Three dental practices in Northampton are now providing additional access to urgent NHS dental care services, improving access for people living in the area.

The service with provide same day or next day care and treatment to prevent the deterioration of oral health or address severe pain.

Anyone with an urgent dental need should call NHS 111 or visit www.111.nhs.uk or call the contact number for the practice as detailed in the table below that is providing the service on that day.

If appropriate, an appointment will be offered, or the service may provide self-care advice and signpost people to an alternative service such as a pharmacy. If it is deemed that the person’s need is not urgent, people will be advised to wait for a routine appointment at their own dental practice.

Please note, this is not a walk-in service and is by appointment only.
