Northamptonshire’s health and social care colleagues revelled in wellbeing wit and wisdom throughout the inspiring Virtual Wellbeing Festival at the start of July. The fun and learning doesn’t have to stop there – find out how you can continue to get involved.

Why not begin with the phenomenal five headline speakers?Nicola Adams OBE inspired us to be the best version of ourselves, while Dr Amir Khan wittily guided us through the health benefits of getting out and enjoying nature. Samantha Clarke dived into mindsets, offering some sublime advice on culture and mindfulness. Later Dr Michael Mosley walked us through ‘Just One Day’, providing health and wellbeing tips for each hour of the day. Rounding off the week in spectacular fashion, Mr Motivator got us moving with a smile before captivating #VWBF22 with his powerful life story.
