Inclusive Language and Putting People First - How the Language We Use Makes a Difference

This session, run by members of our LGBTQ+ community within the ICN, explores the importance of Inclusive language (sometimes known as neutral language) within the workplace, why it matters, the effect it can have, and the role we all can play.

It ties in genuine lived experiences to highlight the realities we oftentimes overlook without meaning and provides insight into what we can do today to ensure everyone has a place in our ICN.

We are delighted to welcome Aaron Scott, Alistair Weston, Haitch Brackenbury, and Paul Shanley for this session.
