Integrated Care Northamptonshire is pleased to announce that Integrated Care Northamptonshire, supported by NHS England in the Midlands, will be launching a dedicated forum in Northamptonshire for Nurses, Midwives and Allied Health Professionals from a Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic background. The forum will be instrumental in informing decision-making at senior level towards improving race equality and inclusion.

To explore what support is required to develop and deliver system actions to address the historical inequity faced by ethnic minority colleagues in nursing, midwifery and allied health professionals, we will be hosting a workshop.
